Rob has over 25 years’ experience as a consultant and CEO/CFO in multinationals, SMEs and the public sector in Ireland and overseas. He has extensive experience in strategic and business planning, financial planning, enterprise development, performance management, feasibility studies, mentoring and business advisory services.

Rob combines a strategic and analytical approach with a passion and commitment to service both clients and their customers. He has a track record in delivering sales growth, increasing operational efficiency, profitability and ROI as well as winning investment, developing teams and supporting business leaders to achieve their goals. He has also extensive experience in supporting clients with research and feasibility studies to assess their opportunities.

Rob is also Chairman of Mayo County Council Audit & Risk Committee. He is a business graduate, qualified accountant (FCCA) and a Fellow of the Institute of Leadership and Management.
